Nope – that’s exactly the idea! Anyone can start the thread, whoever gets there first!

Call me Princess again and you’ll find out just how touchy I can get…

Morning! I’m into the fourth week of my “new dad, new shape” routine. I’ve been on the treadmill every day for the last three and a half weeks, and I’m now up to an average of over 4 miles per day.

So far, I’ve lost twelve pounds. Twenty-three more to go to hit my target weight. Go me!

I had lost enough weight to go from obese to overweight, but my priorities had to change a couple of weeks ago and I have been able to regain obesity.

Congratulations to the both of you, keep up the good work.

On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

I am barely in the obese category of the body mass index. I want to lose 40 lbs by my 50th birthday in October which will put me in the "normal" BMI category. No more Keller's burgers and fries for me!

i think what he meant to say was with facebook out there, this board probably see a little less traffic. then again the more i think about it, the less i think its true.

I don't even have a facebook, but I see what goes on there. People post random shit about what they're doing, thinkin', etc. Then other people post random stuff about the random stuff and so there's just a bunch of random stuff from random people on a computer screen.

The thing is this has carried over to my school email. I just had 8 emails sent out about a lady giving away a pair of boots. At least 7 people have had to comment in the last 15 minutes.

    Eh?

Cranky today, Chris? No one forced you to open this thread.

I think a lot of us do see this forum as – among other things – a social network. What’s the harm in having a thread for people to post their daily random ramblings in?

You never know – you might even score a sweet pair of boots!

Guess I won't try to be funny anymore..... I'm not cranky, unless you want to talk about the student who attacked my aide and hurt her wrist while I was doing hall duty, I'm a little cranky about that.
