Best data recovery software

While installing XP, I accidently deleted the partition on my data drive. What is the best software to use to get the data back? Mostly vacation pictures, but some games, and alot of music. Also the cheaper the better. Thanks

One more thing, I cant see the drive in my computer, but the BIOS see it. Will it show up if I recover it?
