Default Texas Region Solo needs your help!!

The 2010 Texas National Tour, March 27-28 in Mineral Wells is rapidly approaching & Texas Region needs your help.

As most of you know, one of the requirements of being at an SCCA event is that you must sign the insurance waiver & wear a wrist band to show that you have done so. This is where we need your help! We are looking for 4 to 6 people to work in shifts at the gate to make sure people sign the waiver & get their wrist band.

Here are the times we need your help:
    Friday....................... 4:00pm to 8:00pm......... 1 person from 4pm to 6pm, 1 person from 6pm to 8pm
    Sat. & Sun. morning... 6:30am to 8:30am......... 1 person - 6:30am to 7:30am, 1 person - 7:30 to 8:30am
    Sat. afternoon............ 3:30pm to 7:00pm......... 1 person from 3:30 to 5:30, 1 person 5:30 to 7:30
This position does not count as your regular worker position for the Tour. So, Texas Region is going to "sweeten" the deal for you!!

If you help us out, you get a FREE event T-Shirt. Plus, you get 1 FREE entry into a regular Region event during 2010.

The position can be filled by a non-entrant but must be an SCCA member.

If you're interested, send an email to the Event Chair, Jennifer Maxcy at: [email protected]

    Thanks in advance,

    Brad

Come guys, we need some help here!

We haven't received one email offering to help.

This is about putting in a little extra effort to help put on a National event.

Most of the organizers & Chiefs of the event are already pulling double duty to bring you a Tour event to the area.

We're just asking for a couple extra hours of your time & we're even offering something in return.

You can turn off the Auto-Correct on almost any phone.

BTW: it is very annoying; but it works more often than not. So I leave mine on.

I'm there all three days already, or I would sign up.
