I have a rent house in Allen for rent beginning April 1, if you or anyone you know might be interested. House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fireplace and 1 car garage. The garage has air condition and a painted floor for us car guys. We updated 6 months ago. Rent is $975 with same for deposit.

I have owned this house for over 30 years, it was my first home and I have always had good renters that take very good care of it. NO smokers. Home is very nice inside and out.
