Default 1993 D Prepared Miata project for sale

Ward Marshall from Spokes is selling his DP car. From the SCCAForums ad:

    1993 Miata – SCCA D Prepared Class

This car was built and prepared in 2007 and has competed in the SCCA National Runoffs in 2007, 2008 and 2009 with a 6th place finish in 2007. My son and I coned all our runs on Day 1 in 2008 and would have placed 6th again. Car was driven in 2009 by a friend who hadn't finished his EP car yet. This is an incredibly clean and rust free chassis that has never been wrecked.

Currently running a completely stock 1.8 liter engine
    Racing Beat header,
    2.5 inch exhaust
Dynomax muffler (have supertrap muffler that can be bolted on if needed to meet noise limit requirements).
    Stock intake with upgraded MAF.
Koni Race Yellows with 700# and 450# spring rates front/rear,
Eibach sway bars and adjustable end links,
includes Diamond 13 inch steel rims with Hoosier rain tires (no slicks or alloy rims).
Car has been corner weighted by Ed Gilfus at Applied Racing Technologies in 2007
This is a great start to a competitive DP Car. Would love to take it to Nationals this year but not likely to happen with work and family obligations piling up.

    Contact me at 512-779-6017

If you are interested and at Nationals you can ask any of the Road Trip Racing Team members from Austin, Texas. Some of them helped build the car. You will always find them at the Biergarten!
Asking price is $4500. This would be a great chassis to start with if someone wanted to build a DP car (hint, hint, Mark52!)

Nope. That's an E-Mod car with a lot of fabrication.

I've got a number of photos of the E-Mod in an album:
