Since most forums require photo attachments to be hosted somewhere other than your resident computer, which sites do you recommend? My basic requirements are:

Mac friendly

Good privacy controls
Flickr? SmugMug? Others?

Picasa is probably your best bet. I like smugmug, but it is not free. However, I avail myself of it's unlimited storage and private folders to upload every single photo I take for archival/2nd copy/whatever.
Maybe 4 wheels aren't so bad after all... wickett.org
