Default Killer Deal on a VERY Fast STS Miata

If anyone is looking for an autox/track car this is a killer deal for a car this fast and with this good of a pedigree. I know the owner, he is a great driver and nice guy:

1995 Mazda Miata for sale. 1.8L engine, 5 Speed manual transmission and 4.10:1 open differential. Base model car originally equipped with power steering as the only option. PS has recently been replaced with an OEM manual steering rack. OEM power windows have also been added. Currently prepped for STS and is also legal in STR and CSP. 195,700 miles, original engine and drivetrain. No accident damage.

Car has several Tour and Pro wins and trophied at 2009 and 2010 Nationals. Recent changes include removing the MW header and re-installing the OEM battery. Weight is approx 2160#.

    Modifications include:
Koni yellow race shocks front and rear; rears about 2 years old, fronts freshened in 2009
    Ground Control 2.5" threaded sleeves
    Eibach 2.5" race springs, 800F, 375R
Racing Beat 1.125" diameter, 1/8" wall, hollow front sway bar
Momo Start driver seat on factory adjustable sliders; ballast to 25lb minus the seatbelt rail and buckle (you may want to verify the weight )
    JR high flow cat
Racing Beat Catback exhaust, OEM header, under 90db@50ft
    Socketed and chipped ECU
    Unorthodox underdrive pulley
    K&N panel filter

Paint and body are what you expect from a high mileage car with lots of minor dings, scuffs, scratches, etc. Trunk has a long scratch and the rear bumper is faded. The soft top is original vinyl that seals up fine and works well, but is showing wear. Back window is plastic but basically clear.

Mechanically, the car is good. Engine runs strong. New hydraulic lifters, water pump, etc about 2.5 years ago. New OEM clutch and flywheel, belts, hoses, and radiator have all been replaced in the last 2 years all with OEM mazda parts. Front brakes need pad change (parts included in the sale). Oil leak at the front crank seal leaves a small drop of oil on the ground each morning.

Included in the sale is a Factory Service Manual, OEM driver seat (worn), one pair 450# Eibach race springs, complete OEM power steering unit, OEM front and rear sway bars, spare radiator, new fuel filter, and spare valve cover.

Car is located in San Diego, California. No shipping.
Fresh oil change, new plates and registration, Current SMOG.
$3400 includes 15X7 Enkei RPF1 with worn 195/50-15 generic tires.
