I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this, but we are looking to hire someone who shares the same level of love/addiction to the track. Everyone at our shop has a track car and attends as many events as time and budget allow and we are looking for someone with the same mentality and enthusiasm. If you guys know anyone who sounds like they fit this description, please send them our way.

Texas Track Works is looking to fill a full time position for a mechanic/alignment tech. We are growing and have started the process of looking for another member to add to our team. This is an entry level position, however, responsibilities and pay will increase over time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Performing accurate and precise alignments on vehicles with both stock and extensively modified suspensions.
• Assist in corner balancing and suspension/vehicle prep and setup.
• Mounting and balancing wheels and tires.
• Removing and installing suspension components with both OEM and aftermarket parts.
• Servicing brake systems parts including pads, rotors and fluids.
• Fluid changes such as engine oil, transmission and differential fluids.

We thoroughly enjoy what we do every day and have a relatively laid back work environment, though as we are a small company, many tasks and responsibilities are universal. Everyone here does their part to keep the shop clean and organized, as well as answering the phone or lending a hand when necessary.
