What does one weigh? Are they all the same size or staggered? These fit NCs.

All wheels are the same size and offset. 18lbs each.

They should fit NC But would have to check with some of the guys running 17x9s. These were for an s2k.

These will fit an NC, up to 255 tire with fender rolling. I run this identical size/offset. 225 is about as wide as you'd want to go on stock fenders, maybe a 235 if ride height is stock.

FYI- Rays website says these are Cast Flow Formed. Weiight for 17x9 is ~21 lbs. Still, they are beautiful. GLWS!
