Help with QR codes....
I'm trying to get a QR code set up for work, and it tests fine using my android samsung, but on my wife's windows phone it is giving a 404 error.... and I'm not sure why. Can anyone else scan this and see if it works for their device? Anyone have tips for using these things.......

Same here, works OK on my Nexus 4 (Android 4.2.2) and scanned with ZXing Barcode Scanner 4.3.1.
