Thread: better plugs and bigger wires?

  1. #1

Default better plugs and bigger wires?

    any suggestions
I figure i will do it all this weekend, should i do tensioners and pulleys on the t-belt as well.
(autozone has a t-belt kit that has these for with belt for 45.99, and oreillys has just a t-belt (honestly not sure if this is just the belt or not) for 51.99)

if you're at 60k, timing belt alone is fine. If at 120K, change the tensioners, too. I've never seen a pulley failure.

Go with the NGK plugs and wires from the Mazda parts counter at the dealership. Most have fould that most of the more expensive aftermarket stuff is just not worth it.

I have read your reply several times and still don't have a clue what you’re trying to convey.

$78.00 for the spring or $78.00 for the tensioner with Spring?

It's a $3.00 part! WTF, sounds like "The guy in McKinney" needs some gas money for his SUV! Sounds like your getting screwed.

Hold on is he talking about p/n B660-12-700F Timing Belt Tensioner?

If you look at the picture on the bottom, you'll see the $3.00 spring p/n B660-12-711C

How did you finally determin it was the Timing Belt??
