Not a Shinsen... Those are blue themed - blue seats, blue top on a Titanium car.

No, it's the '00 Special Edition. A Shinsen was Titanium with blue cloth seats and door inserts, and was only made in '03. Here's a Shinsen:
The '00 SE is a beautiful looking color combo... but $13k!? That's a little bit high, imho.

I still think that is the prettiest Miata that was ever shipped to the states. The light interior offsets the exterior much better than any of the others.
