Driver side CV needs replace soon
Car some time has hard time starting when it's hot out or turn on again after a drive (main relay?)
Stereo is not working, probably bad wirings

Original top hats, springs and shocks

Nice deal. This is the STS go-to, along with CRX or NA6. Cheap, fast, and tons of competition locally. Alan is as good as they come.
