OK I was able to figure it out! It just couldn’t handle my blazing fast dial up at home, so screens were not refreshing so it appeared as if it wasn't going to let me chose a number! But I walked away from the CPU for a while and when I can back it was ready to roll!

Thanks for the tip on the June event rx7gslse! I'm signed up for that one also!

If you have preregistered/paid for the year do you need to preregister for the individual events? I didn't have any problems at Pennington on Sunday, but just wondering.

My car exceeds my driving ability. That's the only possible explanation.

I'll be there. No promises of being cheerful, however, since moving the S2000 event to the following weekend meant I had no excuse for skipping that graduation in OK on Saturday as originally planned. Therefore I have a feeling I'll be getting home to Texas pretty late Saturday night.

I don't know, but I don't want to risk not having my name on the list... so I pre-register through that website.

    It's a courtesy...

And it does save a bit of time... If you take the time to pre-reg, David "pre-pulls" your card which makes things faster on Sunday.

There's no "need" to do the dlbracing thing if your pre-paid, but it doesn't cause any problems if you do.

Yeah, tailchaser is right, but he's not being forceful enough . Remember the delay in starting the first car off at the last SCCA event? Folks waiting around, cars already at the line and everyone wondering what was holding everything up? Well, they were still entering people's information into the system. If you pre-register, they pull your card early and begin inputting the information pretty much as soon as they get there in the morning. That way, they are ahead of the game, and the event can start sooner.

In other words, if you are going to be there, pre-register! :)

NO PROBLEMO DUDE Glad to do anything I can to help speed up the process. Especially when someone wearing leather shorts is standing behind me in line

I just wear a loud hat and drive slow. I never claimed to understand how it all works. They used to let me stand at the back of the trailer and load cones at the end of the day, but once I stepped inside they gave me the hat and said go away.

Neither did I until the last event. Man, did we get beaten up in the trailer when everyone was ready to go and they were still adding names .

How's the Bus Lot surface this year? I haven't driven on it in a couple of years. Use to be slick as owl shit Any body know?
