    Lightbulb Work Weighing You Down?

Tip of the day from my work. . .
Keeping work stress in check may help you keep your waistline trim.
Work-related stress -- including feeling exhausted at the end of the day or feeling like work was too overwhelming -- may contribute to weight gain, a recent study suggests. When a jammed work schedule has you frazzled, keep your cool with regular walking and stretching breaks, deep breathing exercises, and a lunch break outside.

The place I worked at in KC had a gym, locker room, and showers solely for employee use. Mind you, this was in the building... so you didn't have to go far. It was a nice deal.
