I used to be OK at 8 ball and 9 ball, but then I didn't play for like 10 years. When I moved to Texas last year, I bought a table. I have found that it doesn't come back to me as quickly as I would have thought. 8 ball is forgiving enough for me to get away with but I have yet to even think of playing a game of 9 ball again.

I have planed for a while now to set up a semi-regular GTG at my house for M.M.E. to play pool, eat pizza, etc, but I am not quite ready for it yet. Once my house projects list gets a little smaller and we get a regular schedule in place for my daughter spending one weekend a month at the grandparents, I will try to get it going.

Titus, would you consider selling your Pool Table?

I love to shoot Pool, and have been looking for a Table.
    I wouldn't mind a GTG to play some 8 Ball...or Cut Throat.

No chance... I spent a used Miata worth of fun tickets on my game room (thanks to the wonderful CA real estate market) and I plan to take it with me to the grave!

Maybe we will have enough intrest to get a Tournament going.

I have two Viper Pro Series Cues, someone can use one...as long as you don't break with it.

I am up for a Sunday event.

I grew up playing - my parents had a table, and I wasted (no pun intended ) many a teenage afternoon hanging out with my buds in that room, shooting pool.

I also used to play the occasional tournament in my early '20s (9-ball & 8-ball), but I haven't played competitively in almost a decade. I don't even own a cue anymore.

Still, if someone arranges a get-together, I might be interested.

Anyone up for a game of badminton? I have my own shuttlecock!

Seriously though. If you do a weekend night, I'd be up for some billiards. I'm not very good though and don't play for money.

Since there are several of us that would like to play. Why don't you gentlemen try picking a time that might be suitable to more than just the two of you? Like on a weekend!!!!
