TDE has an event at MSR Cresson that will cover "both" :: tracks. It will be on a Monday. Anyone interested? thedriversdedge.net

Requirements to enter:

TDE solo-approved driver, racetrack or configuration does NOT matter.
FM Radio or Two Way Radio in car
Helmet of course

TDE Solo Driver Explained:

This means you’ve been approved by The Drivers Edge Instructor Team to drives solo. Further explanation: Any solo-approved driver in TDE’s Blue, Yellow, Red run-groups are able to enter this event. Even more explanation: Including those that haven’t driven Motorsport Ranch. Final explanation: If you still have to ask if you are TDE solo-approved driver you are not.

I hoped that there would be more Miatas at MSR. I've read many posts from MME and would really like to learn from the other Miata owners who have driven the new track. Hopefully there will be a few eligible.

POS, maybe there will be a Miatas at the Ranch next year.

Since NOBODY has driven the new track yet, there is going to be a learning curve associated to it. Hopefully, somebody can get a good track video to share.

I'll be there on the 8th for Video shooting and the 14th for final race shooting.

They have cancelled, at least using the full course. None of the curbing has even begun. Still dirt work to finish and tire walls.

Since NOBODY has driven the new track yet, there is going to be a learning curve associated to it. Hopefully, somebody can get a good track video to share.

Just got the email saying event was cancelled to follow up with Mad Merv. That is a bummer. With temps usnusually warm right now, I was chomping at the bit to be one of the first on the new track. Oh well, there will be next year.
