Are you sure it won't pass? I've found some settings (on the link) that allows my car to pass. I might know of a shop that can help, they have helped me, but I'm good friends with the owner, and I don't want to vollunteer him if he's not comfortable with it. He wasn't comfortable this year as he was expecting an spot inspection by the state, so we did the full thing the right way, and to my supprise it passed

His name is Guido. Don't look him directly in the face. He hates that. Also, cash only and have exact change in unmarked twenty dollar bills in a white envelope. No consecutive numbers on the bills. Most importantly, do not talk about Guido to anyone. Doh!
