    Default Texas Drift - Next event July 18 at Mineral Wells Airpark

    Texas Drift's Next event is July 18 (Sunday) at Mineral Wells Airpark

    Registration will open at 8:00 AM
    Driver's meeting at 8:30 AM
    Drifting begins at 9:00 AM
    Drift clinic will run throughout the day

    Maybe we need to establish a Drifting section of the website? Probably get more traffic than the Drag Racing section... :P

    On a side note - I saved my old ES100s when I recently replaced tires, and I've got two "slightly" bent OEM wheels in the attic. I'm half tempted to mount 'em up and go give this drifting thing a try... once it cools down a bit, that is

    Spectators still charged $5.00? No thanks.

    Maybe Texas Drift should offer local car groups, clubs, and club-like thingys (like MME ) some free spectator passes. It would be a good way for them to drum up some additional interest from people who are already car enthusiasts. Just a thought...
