Default Anyone have experience with a dual hood lift kit?

I am looking for a dual one and noticed RSpeed sells a IL MOtorworks chrome dual but installation looks difficult. Anyone have a dual lift kit or a recommended strong single lift?

Gary at Track Dog Racing sells a ton of them, as you need them with his intercooler. I have them. Install was not bad. Drill holes, tap holes, screw in. I installed mine at Gary's in less than 30 minutes with his tools (and with him overseeing).

Gary gets the good ones, you will like them. One of my friends bought me a cheeper 1 strut prop for my b-day and now the hood sticks up just a bit on the drivers side.

Someday I'll get the shorter ones.

I have the twin lifts too. I like not having to fiddle with the hood prop.

Installed the hood lifts with Gary's pointers and they sure operate smoothly. I also installed one of them cool TDR strut tower braces. Yeah, I know....hang on for the pictures tomorrow. Tailchaser was there to take pictures of the hood lift installation and may post them this week.

As to taking the Miata away from her, she has never forgiven me for that but the carpet and tile and a new washer that I bought for the house will dull her memory a little. That was from the proceeds of the motorcycle sale which which was supposed to finance the supercharger. I am so WHIPPED!!! And when I showed her the new tower brace, which she didn't know about, she said there is going to be a weekly inspection of the car
