    Default Sold: 94 M-Edition Miata, 5-speed, 77k miles, Montego Blue/Tan (W. Frisco)

1.8 liter with Limited Slip Differential
Crazy Red Italian black leather seats
    GReddy/Trust front strut tower brace
    Oris Windblocker (cloth mesh)
    K&N air filter
    WestCo battery
Timing belt, spark plugs and wire set (NGK) changed at ~63k miles
    Garage kept
Cold A/C, power window, power antenna, radio/cassette, original chrome alloy wheels, original soft top
    Non-smoker

Minor clearcoat chipping around the rear license plate plastic piece and normal dings/chips for the age of the car. Excellent condition otherwise.

    Asking $3950 o.b.o.

It is my 2nd/weekend car. I hate to see this car go, but now with 2 young kids (3 and 1 year old), I don't get much chance to drive it at all.

Email is the best way to reach me. My cell phone reception is pretty poor at work. I may not be able to return call until evening. Please, serious buyers only. Having 2 young kids, it is difficult for me to make arrangement for a test drive. Test drive will likely be during weekend unless you are in W. Frisco or McKinney area.

    Other info:
The original owner was in Florida. She gave the car to her son in DFW, whom I bought from. There is no mounting holes for front license plate.
The trunk lid has been damage by a piece of metal dropped down from my garage door in 2001. It was repaired and painted by Herb's Paint and Body.

    Finally, some photos:

I hope it will find a good home.

Car looks good, maybe i'm blind but aren't those seats black instead of "crazy italian" red?

Anyways, I'd like to look at the car this weekend if possible. I will be in the Frisco area looking at some new townhomes. I'll PM you my info and you can give me a call.

The "Crazy Red Italian" is a Miata parts guy in California... They're good seats, but they're black... the Crazy Red Italian is just the company they came from... unless you're Titus, in which case, he's the guy that bolted parts on your car.

"Crazy Red Italian" is the company name of the brand of seat covers. That car would look silly with red seats.

"Crazy Red Italian" is also a good description of Dave, the owner... He is a crazy Italian guy with red hair.

Email replied. I noticed you have an RX-8 (your signature). I really hope I can do some autoX with the RX-8 in a few years (wait until my kids get older, so I will have more free time, I hope)

Like the guys said, the Crazy Red Italian is the name of the company. I didn't know the owner is red hair. They are great folks to deal with. They even loaned me the tool for the installation. I installed them myself and got a sore arm for 2 days . The leather seats are really nice, and you can order them in 2-tone as well. I just went with black with yellow stitching.

    Car was sold!
I can't believe it was sold in less than 24 hours after I listed it here. I felt a little sad seeing the car going away, but I think it found a good home. Since my son was borned 3 years ago, it has been mostly sitting in the garage. The car really deserves better.
Anyway, I want to thank those inquire about the car.

I confess, IT WAS ME!!! I think I got a great car. Thanks, 94medition. Even though I am now a Miata owner, I plan to finish this autocross season in the Yellow Escort. I'm trying for that G stock season trophy. Plus, it will take some time to prep the beautiful new (to me) Miata.

I am sure the miata will be happy with cone-cerned. It will get to do some autocrossing.
Yes, 1st gen miata is such a beauty, a classy look I never get tired of. I thought about keeping it for my son. I would be a really cool car for him. But 13 years is a long long time, so he is out of luck
