This 1999 Miata has 40,400 miles on it, and I am the second owner.
It is silver, with a black cloth interior and black soft-top. It
came with the factory Sports Package and of course AC, but it does
not have power windows, power locks, or power mirrors. Mechanically, it is in
excellent condition - everything works and it has been well
maintained. Cosmetically it is in good to very good condition - it
is not a "show queen". It was my commuter car for a couple of years,
so it collected some stone chips, door dings etc.

The factory Sports Package was a $1,900 option that included:

• front air dam
• rear spoiler
• strut bar
• Torsen limited-slip differential
• 3 spoke Nardi leather steering wheel
• Bilstein shock absorbers
• sport suspension
• 15" alloy wheels

The car has a lot of performance upgrades, but it is still a very
useable street car. This is what has been added to the car:

• R-Speed Monsterflow intake system
• R-Speed cold box for intake
• Racing Beat 4-2-1 header
• Racing Beat muffler
• TODA 256 degree intake cam
• TODA adjustable cam gear
• Competition motor mounts
• ACT XT clutch
• Bilstein PSS9 adjustable springs and shocks
• Eibach sway-bars
• Manual steering rack & related pulley parts
• Team Dynamics Pro Race 2 alloy wheels 7x15
• Hard Dog "M2 Hard Core" rollbar
• Hard Dog rollbar padding
• Hard Dog harness bar
• 1 pair 2002 seats (taller headrest)

The above extras add up to about $6,000 in parts cost alone, not
counting the labor to install. The suspension and engine work was
done by Alara Racing. In addition to the above, the compression
ratio was increased by shaving the head a little, so it now only runs
on premium. I have had the car tested on a dynamometer, which shows
that rear wheel peak power is up about 22% over stock and peak torque
is up about 14% over stock. What makes the car fun to drive is the
increase in torque in the 2,500 to 3,500 rpm range, which helps a lot
in traffic and around town. I have most of the manuals for the
extras, as well as a factory workshop manual and an all-weather car
cover.

If you are interested, please contact me at [email protected]
and I will send photos, and a copy of the original window sticker and
of the dyno chart.

I am trying to be realistic in my asking price – I am not asking that
much more than a stock 1999 would sell for. The buyer will get a lot
of extras for a fraction of their cost. But I am open to offers.
