    5 acres in an exclusive gated community for $275,000 doesn't sound that bad to me, but I'm from California. I have seen 50x100 lots go for much more than that.

    That would be an emphatic HELL NO. Gray Davis got railroaded. I even dragged my wife down to vote against the recall and for Davis, and she rarely votes. The polling station volunteers got a kick out of us showing up with Jamie in her stroller.
