2 Texas Region SCCA meetings tonight
There are 2 Texas Region SCCA meetings tonight. One is at Archer's in Fort Worth, and is a general SCCA membership meeting. The other is at Saltgrass in Grapevine, and is the SOLO II meeting that we have been discussing in another thread.
Sigh... looks like I won't be at either of them tonight after all. I've got to help Melissa organize her new classroom, 'cause the kiddos show up next Monday!

Well, I made it as far as the parking lot when I got a call from work. Emergency at our largest customer, and I was the only one they could get in touch with.
Serious discussion tomorrow.
You do know, that out of all the people they called you're either the dumb one, the gullible one, or just way nicer than anybody else. Don't answer the phone!!!
They never call me unless it has hit the fan, or it is a political issue with the customer. It doesn't happen often, so I know that it is a true emergency when they do call.
What do they say about poker players...
If you can't spot the sucker at the table, then you're probably it! I try never to answer my pager....
But then I get suckered too...

So did anyone actually end up going to the meeting? What was discussed, and what was the outcome? More importantly, are we going to ever have a bloody entrance cap at non-TMS events?
