Ugg I worked 6:30 am to 8:45 PM lastnight. I decided to go home and crash instead of crashing on the freeway somewhere.

Good idea, considering that I ened up running over a dog on the way home. I'm probably looking at $1000+ damage. Just the parts are about $750 and then + tax + paint + recharge A/C + labor.

Ouch, that sucks. Were the bumper and condenser the only things taken out?

As far as the car is conscerned, yes. But the dog got taken out too.

Let me resize the pics and I'll put them up in a bit.

I figured any hit that would take out the condenser would take out the dog too

I think you might have jinxed yourself when you posted in that deer thread

I think so. At least, my deer stories weren't as bad as the horse-throught-the-windshield.

I can't believe you found that. What did you do, search for all my posts on CRSX?

    Dang

My unckle hit a warthog with a small Fiat. This happened when I was still in Poland. The Fiat was a little bigger than a Yugo, but built like a small tank. All he had was a dent in the bumper and grill.

Those things are scary.... it was a 4 door car with 4 people in it. No survivors.

He also had a cousin and some more friends die when a logging truck rolled over onto their car. 2 lane road, the truck was going the other way, but the road was one of those winding roads up/down a mountain and really banked (I will road trip up there some time just for the driving in the area). The banking was a little too steep and the load shifted enough to topple over, into the oncoming lane.
