Thread: Am replacing stereo on daughter's 97' and...

    Default Am replacing stereo on daughter's 97' and...

    Crutchfield is asking if the stock stereo came with a pocket beneath it.

    As there's a gaping hole in the console with an old panasonic cd player just laying there, I have no idea...

    Did the base 97' come with a pocket beneath the radio?

    Should I get the kit with a replacement pocket? I don't like the looks of the blank plate they suggest to go beneath the receiver...
    To do list: carpet X1, seatcovers X1

    Get the cubby. The OEM is double-din (I think), that's why there is a gap.

    Yes, it's double din, just concerned that I get the right harness.
