TOPP Racing appears to be a MSR (Motor Sport Ranch) in Cresson Texas.

I will try to get out there today and take a picture or two. The trailer is really easy to tow. I had an enclosed trailer, but found out this open one was far easier to travel with. I have a larger open one on order so this one needs to go. The tire rack can be removed easily (four bolts) and that allows it to be used for all sorts of things (ie moving furniture to and from college kids appts.) If you know someone that is even thinking about towing cars to events, this is perfect. The box is big enough for compressor, generator, and lots of tools. It also has a fuel jug rack on the side. I put a hand winch on it, but never use it (I get friends to push real hard if I can't start the car.)
