    Owner told my supervisor i get 40 hours a week regardless of work flow so rather then give me my hours when i walked in he started yelling at the owner how i do no work and am not worth the time so i left and emailed the owner that i will not return tell he puts my supervisor on a leash and makes him get off his ass and get my contract and raise paper work done (been waiting 5 months and I'm not waiting any more). they have called me a few times trying to get jobs out the door today and had a client pull a job sense i wasn't there to work on it.

    This sentence makes my brain hurt. You really need to learn how to use punctuation more effectively.
