1. So I have an MA rated helmet is it ok? (latest SN rating)
2. I do not have a roll bar. It says needed for advanced group so If I am a beginner I will not need one. I have a HT (yeah I know its just fiberglass)
3. will there be any designated hotels or and discount rates set up for out of town guys? (Houston)

M00 Helmet is fine, and you should be fine without a rollbar. There are a few hotels listed in the registration pack... I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express out there before and it was fine. If you mean the helmet is a CL-SP model by HJC, then it is Snell M2005 rated. It's legit as long as there are no cracks and the chin strap is in good condition.

I must agree. The last time Mike and Gary tried this, they did the same thing...pulled the plug way early. You never saw that with "Miatas at the Ranch".
