    Default Plastic Window

Has any onehad any luck doing a patch job on the rear window
Sure hate to have to pull it alll off and have anew one sewed in as I think the top could be a little brittle so would rather do a patch of some sort
Mine is in the lower center and has split 3 directions
    Any help would be appreciated
Or if anyone knows where I can get the half with window in it and I could use my rain rail .I need it tan in color

I am about to pull the top off my wifes 94 B&T and replace it. The top is leaking but the window is good out to the zippers. It is just a little cloudy but still servicable.

If anyone has done a patch job on their window, I am eager to see results. This seems to be difficult to get desired results.

A few of us have cut out our old windows and cut and glued in new pieces of vinyl. Easy and about $30 worth of stuff from TAP plastics.

look at my car some time. I glued in a window with vinyl from the fabric store with "marine glue." Its been water tight for over a year.

I gottcha, I was picturing just a patch panel. Yep, definately easier to just replace with new material.

If any of you are interested. Gary at TRD has a tan Robbins top for an NA with the plexi rear window. It is in very good shape. Just not what I wanted on mine.

    Give him a call.

My rear window needs to be replaced. After considering the options, I am going to go the TAP Plastics route. I'm just going to wait for warmer weather.

In case you are interested I have a tan Robbins top with the glass window frame mounted and ready to be installed. We took this off a car that was used for a Spec setup. Cost would be $250.

If you are interested give me a call and come take a look.
