    Default 92 BEGI turbo - $5800 obo

    1992 Mazda Miata
This 1992 was used as the test vehicle for Bell Engineering’s new 1.6L turbo redesign. It is extremely fast and put down 190hp at 8.5 psi during the TX summer on a dynojet.

The springs need to be swapped out (it would take an afternoon, but I don't have the time). You can either put the OEM or Eibach's on. I’ll even give you a set of spring compressors. The car is white and was repainted by the previous owner, as it had flaking of the paint (common for the early white cars).

    Basics:
    ~110k miles
Soft top looks good and has clear back window (small inch and a half tear in top, can be patched)
No AC or PS (I have a complete AC system I'll give you. It includes everything new dryer, auto tensioner, fan, etc...)
    VLSD

    Upgrades:
    Hard Dog rollbar
1.8L brake conversion (larger rotors and brake pads)
    Hawk brake pads
    Koni yellow adjustable shocks
    CD player
Front and rear autopower sway bars
    Strut tower brace
    Aluminum flywheel
Center exit exhaust (3-inch from the downpipe to the Magnaflow muffler) – BEGI prototype

    Turbo system:
    T28 turbo
    BEGi AFPR
    Bipes ACU
    BEGI boost gauge in vent
Stainless steel downpipe (w/ Segregated Wastegate Vent Tube)
    New cast manifold design
    Pierburg fuel pump
    Stage 2 intercooler
    Braided oil lines
    Turbo heat shield
    Cool air box
    Radiator cover
    Air scooper
    T-bolts on all connections
Water by-pass system and distribution block

I really enjoy the car, but haven’t had much time to drive it. Also I’m about to move into a new position at work and will shortly have even less time. If you have any questions shoot me a PM.

Asking price is $5800 obo. Please note the car is located in San Antonio, TX.

    Hardtop is already sold.

Wife won't let me sell one of our kids, or else I'd be very interested. Looking for a dedicated track car. From the pics, it is a very well built and maintained car. For the price, won't take long to find a home. Good luck.

Thanks Machismo. I just hope that whomever buys it takes good care of it.

I'll also add, if the buyer wants me to handle the springs I can, but it will take a couple of weeks (at least).

    Thanks,

Good luck with sale Ike. Does that price include the hardtop? What springs are on the car? Do they really need to be switched? I guess I'm asking if there may some other springs for sale?

Somebody has the chance to buy a fun car!

Thanks Sharpie. The price does not include the HT, as I sold it to KFJ. I'll absolutely sell the other set of springs if the buyer doesn't wan them. I have a set of OEM springs and a set of Eibach springs.
