I was driving home about 10 minutes ago, and saw the strangest thing.... Standing on the side of the road (about 1/4 mile from Magma's house ) in front of about 5 inches of standing water were 2 girls around 13 or 14 in bikinis waiting to get hit by sheets of water as cars went by.What type of parents let their kids do something like this?
