    Default my roll bar is on the way

    i just ordered my m2 sport dd bar from gary yesterday and will be here next week hopefully. i cant wait to get it in. if anyone is willing to help with the install that has done it before the would be sweet. next is header and then the blower.

    i recently bought the hard dog hard core DD and im probably installing it tommorow. anyone know of a good readup on how to install the SOB?
    i seen a couple install instruction but none with really good pictures

    i would put the mod list and all at the bottom of the page if i wasn't an idiot and knew how. and btw not much of a ninja. just had a truck that was dark shadow gray when i made up the account. but still can't wait to make some progress on the car.

    I don't remember which write-up I used. But it was very close to the instructions that came with the bar. You can just use those.

    It's a huge PITA, just so ya know :) The 2 most useful tools were the 12" drill bit (I forget the diameter off hand. 3/8" maybe?) and a dremel to cut the interior plastic trim pieces with. The dremel cuts it like butter and leaves a fairly clean edge.

    Also - either use a corded drill or make sure you've got great batteries. My crappy drill ran out of juice 1/2 way through and that sucked. Had to stop work and start again the next day - turning it into a 2 day project.
