PCA Maverick Region Time Trail #6 9/15 at Mineral Wells
This is fun stuff. All of you track guys would probably enjoy it, too. It is a road-course created with cones. Rather than running a single lap, you get a warm-up lap and three hot laps. Then you work and do it again.

I had another great time doing this. I wish some of you guys could have been out there to enjoy it, too. I was busy singing, Alllll by myseeeeeelf, don't wanna me, allllllll by myseeeeeelf...
