    Take a cue from Spec Miatas - they can run both, and most choose to only run the front spoiler (which actually adds some aerodynamic value). The rear spoiler is for aesthetics only.

    What you really need is a rear wing like this:

    Yeah, that trunk would flex like mad. It would need to be bumper mounted. I thought about the Spec guys. You don't think the extra HP will make a difference?

    No. The factory rear spoiler is completely cosmetic, regardless of power or speed.

    If you want to really generate some downforce, you need to try this instead:

    Moti actually parted that car out and is building a Yamaha R1 powered Locost with full cage.
