Default Finally got the speedo cable done...

Not as bad as I thought it might be, but still kind of a pain in the ass. Try as might, I couldn't quite get my little monkey hands up under the dash to release the speedo cable from the backside of the gauge cluster. But I got lucky pulling the gauge hood off this time - I guess being relatively new, it wasn't as brittle as last time. The biggest PITA of the whole job was the metal tab holding the cable to the firewall right behind the head (really? we couldn't just have a simple plastic clip back there?). I have a nice big scratch on my hand as a Scout Badge for that one.

Anyhoo... it's done and I'll be able to keep my sanity on the road next week!
