The first local autocross of the season is near upon us. Is everybody ready? Who's going? More info.
Don't forget -- if it is at all cold in the metroplex, it will be colder than a well digger's ass out in Mineral Wells, so dress warm.
Also, it will be the day after my birthday, so bring presents. Lots of them. One of those orbital polishers like POS Racing just bought would be nice. PM me if you need additional gift ideas.

Take all of your valuables out of your car at night. This includes taking the mounting hardware off of your windshield or dash and hiding the power supplies. I lost over $ 1,000 to a thief with no hope of recovering my items and to top if off they smashed my window in the rain and my truck got soaked. Let my loss be your learning experience.

If you are paying on site, you will probably drive first and then work. How they will break up the heats depends on the number of entrants. I usually just tell people that I will text them in the morning. However, MW is a long drive for a last-minute text.
Hrmm debating, should I change the fluids on all the cars for the season or race and do it on Monday when I'm off. I'd like to do an event in the Elise before I put on the front bar and R comps.
