Thread: I am about to buy a Hard Dog M2 Sport for my NB

Default I am about to buy a Hard Dog M2 Sport for my NB

I am looking to buy the M2 Sport Black Powdercoat w/ Double Diagonal plus the SPAD to protect my noggin.

Anyone have any words of encouragement or things they wished they did pre or post order?

Looking also to have a garage day for the install at some point.

Maybe someone will get some Porter Cable love.

Get harness tabs on the bar if you ever plan on autocrossing or tracking the car. I have the M2 Sport with no diags. Can't see it with the top up and you don't have to be a contortionist to drop and raise the top.

Xm, If you ever plan on a hardtop get the hard top version of the bar, it is what I have and love it. Also, I have a garage that is available, and have installed my bar(With boisking's help) and helped on a few others.

    XM,

We have a used Sport with single diagonal and Harness Tabs already welded on available for $300 that we took out of Billys car. It is in perfect condition, big savings. Come be the Dog House if you would like to see it.

Also if you buy your Hard Dog roll bar from us we take $25 off the shipping and can work out the sales tax. Best deal out there, besides the used bar above. We can order the padding independently if you buy the Sport bar.

I've got a semi-related question... will a standard M2 Sport Double Diagonal bar fit with my Robbins(?) glass-window top? Is this a simple matter of measuring the window and comparing it to a stock NB top?

    Rick,

if you have a M2 roll bar then you are good for the Robins glass window top.
