Onething was running the tire class and is PAX'd according to his classing as if he was running R-comps. You were running a street touring class and PAX'd accordingly. That is why you PAX'd higher than Onething.

I'm also happy with shaving about 4.5 seconds off my first time... that course had a few spots that were a little annoying at first, but I managed to figure out how to get around them okay.

The only reason I ran Novice is because it was my third event and it's been 6 months since my last one... I already told the rest of 'em it was the last time I'm doing it. Now I get to cry after every event

Oh well. Serious competition will help me push myself to get better...I can't wait for the next one. Maybe I'll actually remember to check my tire pressure next time, too
