One of the Colorado guys on the KLOV forums took pics of a tornado from that storm. It got REALLY close to his house (about a block!) before it disappeared.

I have seen about a dozen tornado's at a distance in my lifetime. I have also been in the center, underneath a funnel cloud that was starting to form. I saw the clouds spinning in all directions around my car and ran in to the nearest store. People were going up to the plate glass windows that were vibrating like ripples of water. I ran to the back of the store after yelling Tornado. I don't wish to be there again!

go to Oklahoma City in April-June...they literally have tornados twice per week. I saw so many last summer that I stopped going outside to look at them.
