I've got a set on the RX-8. So far I like them better than the Ecsta SPTs they replaced, but I've only used them for street driving.

I certainly like the TCB price on tires that will fit the Stook... if you like them, I might give them a try when I need a new set.

If they are for Autocross, wonder if Azenis would be a better choice?? Didn't ken o use Azenis on his Corvette that weekend he had it??

Yep, Ken had Azenis and it seems they are still the street tire to have for AX. I'm just exploring other options. Did I mention the Sumi's are about 30% more frugal than the Falkens?

Buy a Vette then go cheap on tires and you will get straight timed by Miatas on good tires.

I have not used them but with a tread ware of 300 I can't see them being good for autocross.

I just got some Dunlop Direzza star spec Z1 for the S2000 and really like them so far. well see how the do at the S2000 A/X

Not gonna fit on any of my cars. I can speak for the HTR-Z II. Used them on the WRX and the C32. Not bad street tires. Don't last very long with an aggressive alignment, tho. Not sure how the III's compare.

I just got some Yoko S-Drives for my Miata. They're actually quite nice. Very quiet and grip is comparable to the Toyo T1-R's I've been using on my other wheels.

Whoa! Those are cheap in Z06 sizes. I may have to try them out!

Interesting. They might be a street tire alternative for the P-Car.

OK, y'all have shamed me in to it. Azenis for AX. I'll try the Sumi's when I need street tires for the Z06. Maybe we'll have some more testing before that time comes.

    I think that's a much better choice.

Seems like the Neovas are superior in every way except price.

They compare alot better in the test than I would have guessed. There skid pad numbers seems low for the Neovas. They had .89g In the tire rack test they gave the Neova .98g average cornering force.

I would still go with the Dunlops or Azenis if I wanted to save a little money for autocross.

The Neova are very good but a little too $$$$$

Have a set on my parent's Solstice. I love'em, especially for the price. The HTRZ III is a great high performance street tire, it is not an AX or track tire. It has a 300 tread wear!

Anyone on the East side wants to try'em out hit me up at the NTB in Sachse.
