    Default Alignment Time

It looks like I'll have an opportunity to get an alignment near the beginning of the week of March 30th. Judging from previous posts, AJ is the man to see because he sets everything exact, not just within specs, and he will know the best numbers to use for someone who doesn't autocross and doesn't think he drives the car too hard despite occasionally being accused of doing so by others.

As I live almost in Burleson, Lewisville is not an insignificant drive on one of my few days off these days. Do I need to make an appointment to ensure that I don't drive all of the way there and have to turn around without an alignment?

Do I need to equalize tire pressure beforehand, or is that done as part of the alignment?

    Any other suggestions?

Best is to give him a call at four-six-9-two-5-eight-thirteen-81. He is not there all the days. You want to be there when he does not have s bunch work waiting for him so that he can spend the time on your car. He took close an hour on my car last time. The best is make sure your tires are in good order, keep only the stuff (including gas) you want to be in the car (the wt can affect the alignment) and the alignment spec. on hand. You also have to decide you want to be in the car or not when he does the alignment.

FYI - He's at the NTB in Grapevine now, a bit closer than Lewisville. Do make an appt and ask for AJ.

Thanks; knowing he is in Grapevine should make it easier to make an appointment. (Don't know where I got the Lewisville idea from.)

There are two NTBs in Grapevine - he is at the Grapevine Mills location on 121 north of the airport.

Thanks. Called him, he said he's not doing alignments at the current time. Bummer. He did recommend Brandon at the same shop, though.
