Awesome congratulations!
After nineteen years and two months I am finally free of My gigantic white Ball & Chain! No, it's not my bride, but the Granbury house! After over two years on the market, we got two contracts in two days, a month ago. Took the first one, and we closed yesterday. What a load off of my shoulders! Life is good

Don't look...there's nothing down here for you!
That deserves a celebration!
You have been working on finishing/selling that for the 10 years I have known you.
A party with pony rides, and free admission to the Tater museum.
Congratulation Merv!
Awesome Merv.
What's the plan now?

Blah blah blah!
As an investor in the greatest money pit on earth, I know how great of moment this is for you. Glad to see you have finally seen your second happiest day of ownership on the Grandbury house.

What Rogue said - as long as I've known you, you have been carrying that millstone. I hope the new owners are happy with it. Sorry I never actually saw it, but I'll survivie.
Working toward RETIREMENT! We're getting the "more conventional" Springtown property in shape to go on the market. Someone here should buy it just for the barn........ Then, it's off to the bluegrasses of Kentucky :) We're tired of the heat here, need more space for the horses, and the lower cost of living will help in retirement. The only drawbacks are: 1200 miles from our grandbaby and MSR.

I'm happy for ya Merv. It's a good feeling that we experienced last year in a tough market.
