We're having a Nationals practice session on the concrete at Pennington Field on Saturday Aug 15th. This will be an open practice session with timers on a practice course, a skid pad and a long slalom. Make as many runs as you have tires and/or fuel for.
Space is limited to the first 50 folks who sign up - so don't miss out. We are not limiting this to people who are registered for nationals, but you must be a member and you must register online. Hours are 9:00 - 3:00. We're packing it up at 3:00 , so don't show up at 2:45 and expect to get a ton of runs.

Indeed. While Pennington is nice and close, it is NOT the same kind of concrete as at Lincoln, nor is it anywhere near as large. I've been to Lincoln, and Riverside Annex is as close as it gets in the whole southwest.Originally Posted by Steve E
The practice at A&M will include a full 50-60 second nationals-style course (think big!), along with a skid pad and slalom area for additional tuning. Space is limited, so plenty of runs for everyone. And everyone will work for a short period so that cones get shagged immediately (unlike the usual TAMSCC summer practice series). Axware segment times will be provided.
