    Default SCCA Practice Aug 15

We're having a Nationals practice session on the concrete at Pennington Field on Saturday Aug 15th. This will be an open practice session with timers on a practice course, a skid pad and a long slalom. Make as many runs as you have tires and/or fuel for.

Space is limited to the first 50 folks who sign up - so don't miss out. We are not limiting this to people who are registered for nationals, but you must be a member and you must register online. Price is $50 if you're not registered for the Aug 16th event, $25 if you are. Sign up via Axware or this link ---> Practice Sign Up

Hours are 9:00 - 3:00. We're packing it up at 3:00 , so don't show up at 2:45 and expect to get a ton of runs.

A Z06 is just like a Miata, but with the other half of the motor . . .

just a little bump to remind folks about the practice on Saturday. Also, don't forget the A&M Club's Nationals practice on the wide open spaces in Bryan at the end of the month. Info on Axware's site.

Indeed. While Pennington is nice and close, it is NOT the same kind of concrete as at Lincoln, nor is it anywhere near as large. I've been to Lincoln, and Riverside Annex is as close as it gets in the whole southwest.

The practice at A&M will include a full 50-60 second nationals-style course (think big!), along with a skid pad and slalom area for additional tuning. Space is limited, so plenty of runs for everyone. And everyone will work for a short period so that cones get shagged immediately (unlike the usual TAMSCC summer practice series). Axware segment times will be provided.

    Pre-reg only at Axware.com
