    Default Hell of a deal at Fry's

    I just picked up a Samsung 42" 720p plasma TV for $599... get 'em while they're hot!

    Best Buy has been having a 40" 1080p LCD (Proscan brand) off and on for a while for $499. I got one for the bedroom (hey the wife bought the "tv cabinet" and I maximized the TV that fit in the space )

    It's REALLY good for the money.

    I got a 46" 1080p Sony LCD several weeks ago for $899 from Frys! Although this is a mid-level Sony 09 model. It is still a steal!

    IIRC, Fry's also had a Samsung 50" 720p plasma for about $800...

    Hey Rick, I actually saw you there yesterday. There is also a Toshiba 1080p that sometimes goes for $599 or $645. Those where selling like hot cakes on 4th of July.

    And when I bought my 46" Samsung with 120Hz, I felt I got a good deal. Now I have seen a 240Hz for about $300 less!!!!

    I got a 46 inch vizio at walmart (employee discount, black friday) for about 450
