    Does anyone have an mpeg off their Tivo of last nights Lost? My friend deleted it off his before his wife got to watch. She can be real mean.

    All I can say is what ever you do... do not mess with the white ribbon cable next to the hard drive. Trust me on that one....

    I have it on my Dish DVR but I have no idea how to get it off there and onto my computer. If someone can tell me, i would be happy to burn it for them.

    you have to add hacked software and a usb ethernet cable to the box, then you can browse the drive through a web interface. Too many steps for me. Also, I would never use a pipe wrench on a Tivo. A Sawzall maybe, but not a pipe wrench.
