I guess these are the last of the Gerry events, correct? If so, then maybe we should all show up in order to give him a proper send-off.

If you go on Saturday, then you can hang around for a free meal (usually at Pizza Hut) after the event. Then either stay the night or make the trek back out the next morning. I'll be doing the latter. I think others might camp at the site. I know some will be staying in their RVs at the site.

? What does that mean? I was actually on the Board for a couple of years, but I've been out of touch recently. Is Gerry "retiring" as President? I always thought he did a great job, and would be sad to see him go.

Unfortunately, yes. Whoever follows will have some big shoes to fill.

If Matt ever retires from the SCCA, can you imagine the poor bastard that has to follow him?

Anyone planning on staying on site overnight in an RV? Just wondering about leaving the truck & trailer overnight.

I'm in for Saturday for sure, and probably Sunday.
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

I'm out. Flu + sore knee, ankle and foot means I'm nearly catatonic these days.

Just use Ben's car -- being an automatic, you just stab it and steer it.

That's why I am still chewing on the idea of an NTAXS Winter Series. I will spend most of December either modifying the car or other things, but January will be ugly.

Yep a winter series sound real good when it's 70deg and sunny. May not seem like such a good idea when it's 35deg and rainning.

If you do a winter series I will go. unless it's cold and rainning then something may come up that I "have" to do.

    See you guys this weekend
