Default Sebring Supercharger - looks like complete kit for 1.6

First off, I need some help valuing this. I really do not know what this should sell for. It appears pretty complete + I have instruction manual for a JRSC.

I know its pretty old but seems well cared for. I have had it for a least 2 years and came in a box with a miata I bought.

Is this of interest? I also put this question on miata.net.

The kits go for $2395 new, but they frequently go on sale. I have seen them on sale for as low as $2100, and and have also seen specials where they include a $450 header with purchase but the price is kept at $2395.

That looks like one of the very early kits, based on the convex cone shaped pulley. These are the least desirable of the various versions of this kit, as there are no replacement nose pulleys available for it if you want to increase boost. I run a slightly newer kit that use the more common and upgradeable pulley. I bought my kit used off of Ebay about 5 years ago and got it for $1200.

It looks like you have some extra items that don't usually come with the kit, including an AFM, plug wires and the MSD box. This might add a little value to the kit, but it also looks like you are missing the dummy throttle body.

If it was me, I would probably sell the AFM on its own, acquire a dummy throttle body to make the kit complete, and list it on ebay with the wires and MSD for $750 starting bid and BIN of $950. Outside of EBay, I would aim for a sale price of $850.

Gary says this is an early model with the old style nose it's worth about $500 because of that. You can't change the pulley on this one. It would cost $450 for a new nose so you can up the boost on it.
    ...and across the line.

Gary called me back but we did not connect. I guess it would be decent for someone that just wanted an extra kick for their miata.

Trying to think if I should just keep it and put it on the white 1.6 I have for sale. Throw on some spec miata wheels and tires and make a nice little DE car.

This might be one of those instances where the parts have more value on the car than separately...
