    Might be a bit chilly tomorrow, but I'm bundling up and going. Might bring my own hot chocolate though...

    I drove by there at about 10, there weren't very many people there.

    It usually starts to clear out at around 10. I would imagine that the holiday and the weather made for a low turnout on top of that.
