Riffle is Remington 700 police synthetic sniper in .223. Custom Hart 1 in 9 stainless match tapered bull barrel. .223 match reamed chamber with tight neck. Aluminum action bedding block in Mcmillon stock. Tunned action, 2oz trigger. NightForce 4-16x, 55mm objective with 30mm maintube, lighted micro dot reticle optics. I can see in the dark. Reliably places 5 shots inside 1/4" - 3/8" at 100 yds using military surplus brass, primers, powder and match 55gr HPBT's.

cassette of a woodpecker. I have had better luck using cassette of rabbit distress for coyotes but couldn't remember where I put it.

I live out in the country and the last few coyotes in range died from 150 gr. SP rounds. 308 may be overkill if you really feel sorry for those furry, 4 legged terrorists !
